Short of time?
Lacking space in your busy gym or apartment?
Looking to warm-up quickly and effectively?
Try this routine which only requires your bodyweight and around 5 minutes (at most) of your time!
1) Jumping Jacks x 30
2) Squats x 6
3) Squat-Hammy Combo x 6
4) Adductor Walks x 6
5) T-Rotations x 6
*Complete 2 rounds with little to no rest between exercises
*Add or remove reps/rounds as you see necessary
