#WorkoutWednesday - Outdoor Park Workout (Core & Upper Body)

Hi guys.
Here's a great outdoor workout session for you that targets the upper body and core.
I love training outdoors so I'll do a workout like this once or twice per week.
This particular session took place down the corniche in Abu Dhabi and I did it at around 715am.
If you're in an area where the heat is currently torrid, I'd encourage you to do these type of sessions either early morning or late at night.
This particular session went as follows...
A: Pull-Ups - 3 sets of 10 reps
B: Parallel Dips - 3 sets of 15 reps
C: TRX Inverted Rows - 3 sets of 10 reps
D: TRX Jackknife Push-Ups - 3 sets of 10 reps
E: TRX Seesaws - 3 sets of 10 reps
F: TRX Reverse Flyes - 3 sets of 8 reps
FILLER EXERCISE (Performed during rest period): Football keep ups and general kick-around
- Session should last around 45-60 mins
- Rest around 60-90 secs between sets
- Have fun and kick the ball around during your rest periods
