Hello there guys.


I’ve just been a run, and it got me thinking about the positive effect it has mentally for me, and can do for you too.


If you’re feeling low, stressed, or in need of a ‘pick-me-up’, I highly recommend you stick on your ‘gutties’ (might want to google that one), and hit the tarmac.
