WHAT YOU NEED​​​​

  • 2 bananas, sliced, frozen

  • 4 tbsp. vanilla or natural yoghurt

  • 2 tbsp. vanilla whey or pea protein

  • 1⁄2 tsp. cinnamon

  • berries, to serve

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender and blitz until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 mins.

  • Divide between two bowls, top with berries and enjoy.
