I confess...
I love chocolate...
Whether caramel wafers (it's a Scottish thing) or bourbon biscuits, I struggle to fight the urge to 'take down' at least 6 - maybe 8 - per sitting.
And don't even get me started on Krispy Kreme donuts.
That coupled with a latte, I'm in heaven.
Perhaps you're the same.
Perhaps the temptation or lure of sweet treats is your daily 'vice battle'.
It certainly is mine.
With that being said, I don't always lose the battle and it's a simple apple & water technique/trick that's gradually helping me win that war.
