Since my last post, a number of you contacted me with some questions about #FitExpat.

Consequently, I thought it’d be a good idea to highlight these and other common questions you may have. Please check out the quick FAQ below to learn more.

1. HOW DOES ONLINE TRAINING WORK? Each day you'll get daily check-ins, workouts, learning, and accountability. I’ll break your complex nutrition and workout goals into small, strategic daily practices that add up to massive body transformation. 2. IS THE PROGRAM FOR ME?

The program aims to help 18 – 60+ year-old men and women who want to eat, move, and live better.

3. HOW LONG DOES THE PROGRAM LAST?

#FitExpat is a SUSTAINABLE coaching solution and the program lasts 12-months.

The priority is to improve, develop and maintain your health, food and fitness habits long term.

4. WHO IS MY TRAINER? My name is Jonny and I'm from Scotland, UK. I currently live in Abu Dhabi. I have over 14 years experience during which time I worked with over 100+ clients. Specific job roles I have undertaken include being a personal trainer, PE teacher, corporate/public speaker, and health and fitness writer. I created #FitExpat for regular everyday people who are looking for a high-quality complete health, food and fitness solution at an affordable price.

5. WHY NOT JUST HIRE AN IN-PERSON TRAINER? You could. I’m not saying it doesn’t work – I still have some in-person clients. However, you’ll likely only be with a trainer for an hour or so, a few times per week. What do you do with the other 165 hours? #FitExpat can be a “trainer in your pocket,” helping you navigate through real-life stressors, social pressure, and a lack of motivation. Not to mention, #FitExpat is far more affordable. Many good trainers cost around 3000 AED for 10 one-hour sessions. This number of sessions will also only last for around 1 month. 6. WHAT IF I’M CURRENTLY INJURED? I’m not a physical therapist so if you have a few niggles, you'll want to see the appropriate professional first.

That being said, we can almost always work around “little stuff.”

7. I HAVE NO SPECIAL GYM EQUIPMENT, CAN I STILL PARTICIPATE? Absolutely. Whether you have a gym available or would prefer to train at home, each workout day has 3 options available for you:

8. WHAT IF I WANT TO BUILD MUSCLE? DO YOU ONLY SPECIALISE IN FAT LOSS? I specialise in improving body composition. In other words, I will help you lose body fat and build lean muscle. #FitExpat isn't for CrossFitters, bodybuilders or elite athletes. It's for regular people who want to feel healthier, get stronger, and feel confident with their bodies. If this describes you, you’ll be a good fit.

9. HOW DOES THE PAYMENT WORK? Payment is easily made via PayPal. You have two options. You can pay per month for 12 months or you can pay for the full year where the price is less. I also offer a 30-day money back guarantee if you feel the program isn't for you.

10. IS THE PROGRAM FOR MEN AND WOMEN? Yes. #FitExpat is tailored to suit anyone and everyone regardless of sex, age and level of experience.

11. HOW DO I KNOW IF I’M DOING THE EXERCISES CORRECTLY? Every exercise I prescribe for you comes with detailed and easy to follow tutorials via media domains such as video. These will be accessible on your own personal login page and can be viewed on your laptop, tablet, or smartphone.

12. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE ME TO GET RESULTS? If you comply to the program around 70% of the time, you can expect significant results in as little as 8 weeks, maybe less. The important matter to consider here is longevity. The program focuses on sustainability, as my aim is to make you healthy, lean and strong long term.
